About children:
-The minimum recommended age to fly is 6 years old.
-Children under 4 years old are not allowed to fly.
-Only children up to 9 years old will be considered.
Cancellation due to weather conditions NON REFUNDABLE rates:
The pilot is the only one with the authority to decide whether the flight can be done or not. For obvious security reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time. In this case, the purchase will remain valid for one year for the destination where the package was purchased for replacement at no additional cost from the date your flight was postponed.
Since balloon flights are conditioned by the weather, it may be the case that one day we will be forced to cancel the flight, despite the fact that the weather forecast for the day before the flight date was favorable, since the forecasts Meteorology is not an exact science.
If due to weather issues the flight is canceled (winds above 12 km / H, rain, fog), it will be offered to reschedule it free of charge in a period of one year or transfer it to someone else.
If when rescheduling, the flight is canceled again due to weather reasons, the period of one year will be restarted to reschedule the flight at no cost.
YOU CAN BUY A REFUNDABLE POLICY and It has a cost of $ 300 MXN per person and is additional to the price of the flight, it only applies to fixed prices, it DOES NOT APPLY for packages and flights in promotion or in any other product. (This can be purchased by selecting in the products area). If you could not fly due to weather issues, you will be reimbursed the total of your Balloon Flight.
