About children:
-The minimum recommended age to fly is 6 years old.
-Children under 4 years old are not allowed to fly.
-Only children up to 9 years old will be submitted.
Cancellation due to weather conditions.
The pilot is the only one with the authority to decide whether the flight can be done or not. For obvious security reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time. In this case, the purchase will remain valid for one year to the destination where the package was purchased for replacement at no additional cost from the date your flight was postponed.
Since balloon flights are conditioned by the weather, it may be the case that one day we will be forced to cancel the flight, despite the fact that the weather forecast the day before the flight date was favorable, as the forecasts Meteorology is not an exact science.
If due to weather issues the flight is canceled (winds above 12 km / H, rain, fog), it will be offered to reschedule it free of charge in a period of one year or transfer it to someone else.

In case the REFUNDABLE POLICY is covered and you cannot fly due to weather issues, the total of your Balloon Flight will be reimbursed. In case of having breakfast it will cost $ 180.00 pesos and it will be discounted from the net rate.
It has a cost of $ 300 MXN per person and is additional to the price of the flight, it only applies to fixed prices, it DOES NOT APPLY for packages and promotional flights or in the Wine and Cheese Tour, Photo Package or any other product. (This can be purchased by selecting in the products area).
